There was a wonderful Webinar given by Larry Pimentel and Edie Borenstein on Thursday telling about all the new things that are going to be happening in the near future.
First he said to book now as prices will be going up the fourth quarter and first quarter of next year.. Azamara will be built on a very individual basis with a lot of 1 on 1 with the passengers.
More training for the reservations people and much better customer service.
Larry spoke about the how he intends to make the cruise line much more passenger friendly (it is now!!)
He stressed, they will not be accused of copying anyone, Azamara will have its own flavor..and many more overnight stays will be in the itinerarys
